Our client does not hold any data about you in relation to this correspondence, our client will only contact you or collect data in response to any correspondence – by email, phone call or other interaction by yourself – and/ or request you might make following receipt, and in each case this will be carefully considered and with your consent.

We may use your identity, contact details & business information provided by our 3rd party partners to form a view on what we/ our clients believe you may want or need and/or what may be of interest to you. This is how we decide which property details/ services and offers may be relevant for you – this is specific/ relevant and detailed targeting.

From time to time as appropriate, and where specifically deemed to be relevant under legitimate interest and/or with your consent, our client might provide their own data for inclusion – this data will always be processed in compliance with GDPR

All data is securely held in cloud servers utilising current advanced security protocols, data is NOT held on our own systems “in-house” – by doing this we ensure access to your data is limited to a small number of relevant employees/ people who require access to process your data in order to provide our services.

Richard Barber & Company will not retain any of your data beyond the period required to carry our this service to our client and after a maximum period of 7 days this data will be deleted.

How do we protect your information

We take information and system security very seriously and we work hard to comply with our obligations at all times, these obligations and systems are reviewed on a regular basis. Any personal information which is collected, recorded or used in any way, whether on paper, online or any other media, will have appropriate safeguards applied in line with our data protection obligations.
